2100 Greenwood live / work lofts are located in the former Main Steel building. This building was built in the early 50’s and was used for cold steel fabrication. The entire superstructure of the building will be retained providing unique design elements rarely seen in new construction. The project is designed for adaptive reuse and we support the principals of Green and Sustainable Architecture.
